Bury A Friend

Bury a friend meant literally burying that anxious demon in my head. I was in such a rut when I heard the song for the first time. I was dealing with anxiety and it made dance not fun anymore. I had been battling mental illness when I created this. Something just clicked after hearing this song and I started visualising right away.

All I can say is dance saved my life. Dance opens my eyes & soul to see that I am worthy and I can have a voice…, and to the voices in my head telling that I am a waste & will never be good enough, thank you for being the drive for this piece.

Enjoy and thank you for being here ✨
